We are a family-owned self-defense and fitness gym in Las Vegas. We're well-respected in the community and we bring variation of instruction to our members on a regular basis. We only look for people of top quality and professionalism when searching for guest instructors. We were fortunate to have Jenna teach a 1 hour session in Trauma Recovery Yoga for our members. Many of our clientele are veterans, law enforcement, military, or survivors of attacks or traumatic events. We were very careful with who we brought in for this session.
We couldn't have been more impressed with how Jenna taught this class! Her background and special education to relate the practice of yoga to our members was well thought out and her expertise was evident.
