How can I best prep for my session?
Grip socks are a must! Wear comfortable clothing you can move in, bring water, and arrive ready to listen to your body. No need to prep a thing—the class is built around where you are that day.

What should I bring?
Grip socks are required. Aside from that, bring an open & determined mind.

What's important for me to share?
Be open about your goals, your injuries, and how you’re feeling that day. The more you share, the more personalized (and effective) your session will be.
