Why The Armstrong Method?
The Armstrong Method was developed in Portsmouth, NH, after leading thousands of classes and observing thousands of clients. It was born after seeing what worked and what didn’t. This Method, when done regularly, will yield results, not just physically, but most importantly, mentally.

Why should I pay for a private class?
Because it’s all about you. Private reformer sessions give you personal attention, custom pacing, and precise adjustments you just can’t get in a group. Every movement is tailored to your body and your goals.
-
What should I expect?
A focused, energizing session that balances strength, alignment, and breath. You’ll move through exercises designed specifically for your needs & your body, leaving you feeling stronger, taller, and more centered. Most importantly, expect a level of fun and lightheartedness that brings out the enjoyment of fitness.
-
How can I best prep for my session?
Grip socks are a must! Wear comfortable clothing you can move in, bring water, and arrive ready to listen to your body. Be sure to eat beforehand, but aim to eat at least an hour prior to our session. No need to prep outside of being nourished—the class is built around where you are that day.
-
What should I bring?
Grip socks are required. Aside from that, bring an open & determined mind.
For private group classes, BYO mat is highly recommend. Please notify Jenna if your party will not have mats. -
What's important for me to share?
Be open about your goals, your injuries, and how you’re feeling that day. The more you share, the more personalized (and effective) your session will be.
Please share if you are allergic to cats before your session. There are two cats that frequent the area. They can be removed and the space can receive a deeper clean prior to your arrival.
