We’ll take a few minutes to chat about how you’re feeling that day, then ease into a 50-minute full-body class that’s paced just for you. It’s all about meeting you where you are and helping you feel comfortable, supported, and excited for what’s ahead.

Make a small commitment to yourself. Purchase 4 classes to book at your convenience. These can be booked once a week for those who just want an hour to decompress. If you’re looking for physical change, you’ll want to book more frequently. Either way, you will receive 4 curated classes just for you & your needs.
